This recipe details show for 1 meter 100% Cotton fabric.

Process route:-
Singeing↣Desizing ↣Bleaching ↣Mercerisation↣ Dyeing↣ Finishing

Singeing:-
      Here only remove short fibres from the fabric surface by flame.

Desizing:-
 Use chemical -Invazyme-ADC -4gm/l

                           Invatex ED-0.5 gm/l

                           Ultravon CPR-4 gm/l

Bleaching:-
 Use Chemical,
                     Hydrogen peroxide - 35 gm/ Lt
                     Caustic - 30 gm/ Lt
                     Claritex 3X- 7gm / Lt
                     Ultavon CPR - 5 gm / Lt
                      Invatex ED- 3 gm/ Lt
